This is the cool math.

Kate Loves Math* is not about arithmetic.
It’s about making sense of and understanding the world around you in a logical way. It’s about using mathematical tools and concepts to make sense of human behavior.
KLM* answers the question that’s asked by math students
around the world,
“When will I ever need this?”
So many folks have a tricky relationship with math because it’s taught so you can pass a test. If you don’t have a great memory and/or you get test anxiety, you end up thinking, “I’m not good at math.”
I know this because
that’s how it was for me.
Yet, I was pretty sure that I liked math.
And as I learned more about it, outside of school and at my own pace, I realized that math was helping me to ascribe meaning to all the “whys” and all the “hows.”
KLM* is about discovering
how math shows up in our lives, and recognizing how it’s the fuel for making the best choices.
When you are able to recognize all the math that is going on around you every day, in real life,
in your relationships, in business, in social progress, even in yourself,
you’re able to:
>>> Make more confident decisions
>>> See solutions where others see problems
>>> Discover patterns of human behavior that show how closely our heads & hearts are intertwined
>>> Find new perspectives that are more effective in today’s constantly evolving conditions
>>> Lead with curiosity
Math isn’t everything but it inspires me to be.
