Network Nova's Friday Power Lunch
“Chaos isn’t random. It’s patterned — and once you see the pattern, you get your power back.” We began with Kate Ertmann, whose segment anchored the first half of the show. Kate explained that what feels overwhelming often has structure. Authoritarian movements rely on speed, overload, and contradiction to prevent people from making meaning. Kate said that, "Small actions matter more than people realize." and "Community values act like “attractors.” Our audience was identifying a shift from panic to orientation. Being able to see chaos clearly helped them breathe again.
